Forest Heritage Center Museum

The Forest Heritage Center Museum, located inside Beavers Bend State Park, is a wonderful destination for history buffs and nature lovers alike. The museum houses historical documents, antique forestry tools, impressive wood art, and homestead memorabilia that tell the story of the region's lumber heritage. A research library contains books, periodicals, and other materials pertaining to forestry. The center also hosts special events including the famous Beavers Bend Folk Festival each November and First Saturday programs throughout the year.
