Highlights include a 19-seat private home theater with a 130" screen, a 9-bed custom bunk room, a chef's kitchen with a Restoration Hardware table and Taj Mahal quartzite island, a covered climate-controlled 13' exercise swim spa plus 8' hot tub, a fire pit, a kids' playset, and indoor games (shuffleboard, arcade table, pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey).
