Cozy Getaways (1–2 Bedrooms)
Perfect for couples or a small group of friends. These intimate cabins typically sleep two to six guests and make ideal weekend escapes — think hot tub under the stars, a fireplace, and not much else you need to worry about.
Family-Sized Cabins (3–4 Bedrooms)
Room for the whole family. These mid-size cabins sleep seven to twelve and often feature game rooms, large kitchens, and decks big enough for everyone to spread out after a day on the lake.
Large Group & Luxury Cabins (5+ Bedrooms)
Hosting a reunion, bachelor party, or corporate retreat? These spacious lodges sleep thirteen or more and come loaded with amenities — think private pools, theater rooms, multiple hot tubs, and commercial kitchens.
Pet-Friendly Cabins
No need to leave your four-legged family member behind. 6 cabins in our directory welcome pets — most with fenced yards or plenty of outdoor space. Always check the individual listing for breed restrictions and pet fees.
Tips for Booking a Hochatown Cabin
- Book early for peak weekends. Fall foliage season (mid-October to mid-November) and holiday weekends sell out months in advance.
- Check the cancellation policy. Policies vary by property manager — some offer free cancellation up to 30 days out, others are stricter.
- Verify pet rules before bringing your dog. “Pet-friendly” sometimes means weight limits or breed restrictions, and pet fees are common.
- Pack groceries from home or stop in Broken Bow. Hochatown has a few small markets, but the full grocery stores are in Broken Bow, about 10 minutes south.
- Ask about hot tub and fireplace maintenance. Especially in winter, confirm that the hot tub is operational and firewood is stocked (or available nearby).
- Cell service is limited. Most cabins have Wi-Fi, but don’t count on strong cell reception — download maps and directions before you arrive.
- Two-night minimums are standard. Many properties require a two- or three-night minimum stay, especially on weekends.
