About This Event
Beavers Bend State Park offers some of Oklahoma's most scenic hiking through the Ouachita National Forest. From challenging 11+ mile treks to easy nature walks, there's a trail for everyone. The Skyline Trail (11.6 miles) winds through waterfalls and mountain peaks. The Lookout Mountain Loop (2.9 miles) offers beautiful forest journeys with moderate difficulty. The Friends Trail Loop is well-maintained with gorgeous views, perfect for morning hikes. Cedar Bluff Nature Trail (0.9 miles) provides stunning views over Broken Bow Lake. Watch for wildlife including eagles, deer, turkey, and countless bird species.
